The Modular Laminator Crest (MLC) has been designed for high quality adhesive coating, panel mounting, laminating and encapsulation of images.
Thanks to the well-developed modular design and the availability of many options and upgrade kits, the machine can be adapted to meet a client’s specific needs. A major advantage of the modular design is, for example, that a simple two roller unheated machine can be extended on site at a later stage, using upgrade kits, to become a very complete four roller heated machine. In this way, an initially basic machine can be continually adapted to the changing working needs. This keeps the starting investment low.
An adjustable line pressure of 2.5 N/mm, a maximum roller speed of 8 m/min and a roller opening up to 35 mm make this machine multideployable. The switchable rotating direction in combination with the userfriendly operating panel with digital display on the swing arm allows for operation of the machine from both sides. The robust industrial design and the high-quality control technology guarantee a long working life and excellent control of both the quality and the quantity of the work to be carried out.
